BPO Assist

BPO form helper. Copies downloaded MLS exports into a file automatically then when you run the filler it pastes them into their appropriate fields. *

*This currently is being used for Clear Capital BPO forms but may work on other BPO forms as well. There are certain things that must be done still and input (such as typing in your comps' addresses, putting a number in for unit count if the bedroom bathroom boxes are greyed out, and looking over the file if it has a deck/dock/porch/etc). This does not do everything of input for you, but it does help drop your time spent on each report from hours at a time to just a few minutes.

ALSO to get the best results from this program, run the watcher first, let it run as you export your comp MLS files. Once those are done go down in your right tray and close the watcher ( you want to do this after every report so the watcher can reset it MLS template write over). Once the files are set then run the BPO Assister, find the correct subject property after logging in and when you click sit and watch the magic happen as it fills in based on your files found.

P.S. After inputting one report, it is advised to close your watcher file (usually found in the bottom right tray of you machine). It has been known to keep pushing the files further down the line otherwise and not put in their appropriate place.

****DISCLAIMER 2!!*** PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure your comps are downloaded in the order you want them to appear in you BPO form! When you run the filler, if they are out of order it will populate them out of order. It is your responsibility to check and make sure your comps all are correct and everything looks good. I have not found an issue with any I have done with this, but that does not mean that there may or may not have an error. Check over your comps and their order.
